DAY 2: WALKING CITY TOUR IN MADRID
A first tour of the city by sightseeing bus and walking tour in Plaza de España and Gran Via.

DAY 3: OLD MADRID
Today the focus of the visit is the Old Madrid: Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Calle Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Palacio Real. Visit to Museo del Prado and walking tour with your tour leader in Calle de Toledo and Cattedrale di San Isidro.

DAY 4: BOURBON MADRID
Walking tour from Calle de Alcalà to Plaza de Cibeles. Visit to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía or visit to Parque del Buen Retiro.

DAY 5: HALF DAY TRIP TO ESCORIAL
Half day trip for visit Escorial Palace. Transfer via train or private motorcoach.
Tour of El Escorial: a historical residence of the king of Spain, in the town of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, about 45 kilometres (28 miles) northwest of Madrid. It is one of the Spanish royal sites and functions as a monastery, royal palace, museum, and school.
Return in Madrid, free time or walking tour with our tour leader. -
DAY 6: TRANSFER TO Parigi AND CITY TOUR
Visit Trocadéro and Tour Eiffel: built in 1889, it has become both a global icon of France and one of the most recognizable structures in the world. The Tour Eiffel is the tallest building in Parigi and the most-visited paid monument in the world.
Boat ride along the Senna River: Bateaux mouches. -
DAY 7: Louvre and Champs Elysées
This morning you will visit the Musée du Louvre: one of the world’s largest museums, the most visited art museum in the world and a historic monument, a central landmark of Parigi.
Enjoy exploration time in Parigi with your tour leader: Champs Elisées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, Opéra. -
DAY 8: Montmartre and the Beaubourg area
Visit Montmatre, the famous painters’ quarter with our tour leader.
Tour of the Beaubourg area with our tour leader and free time: you may visit Centre Pompidou, the largest museum of modern art in Europe, designed in the style of high-tech architecture. (To be decided in advance with the Group Leader). -
DAY 9: NOTRE DAME AND THE SAINT CHAPPELLE
Visit the Ile de France: Notre Dame de Parigi, one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture in France and in Europe, Conciergerie and Saint Chappelle.
This afternoon you may want to learn about Impressionist art at the Musée d’Orsay (English audioguide) or enjoy free time shopping at the Gallerie Lafayette, in Rue de Rivoli or down the exclusive Rue de Faubourg St. Honorè. -
