DAY 1: DEPARTURE

DAY 2: WALKING CITY TOUR IN MADRID
A first tour of the city by sightseeing bus and walking tour in Plaza de España and Gran Via.
A great way to get a first overview of the city. The Gran Vía is a street in central Madrid: it leads from Calle de Alcalá to Plaza de España. The street, sometimes referred to as the “Spanish Broadway”, is one of the city’s most important shopping areas, with a large number of hotels and large movie theatres. -
DAY 3: OLD MADRID
Today the focus of the visit is the Old Madrid: Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Calle Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Palacio Real. Visit to Museo del Prado and walking tour with your tour leader in Calle de Toledo and Cattedrale di San Isidro.
The Royal Palace of Madrid and the buildings and monuments of the Paseo del Prado (Salón del Prado and Alcalá Gate) deserve special mention. They were constructed in a sober Baroque international style, often mistaken for neoclassical, by the Bourbon kings. -
DAY 4: BOURBON MADRID
Walking tour from Calle de Alcalà to Plaza de Cibeles.
Calle de Alcalá is also one of the oldest streets in the city. It was the old road which led to the city of Alcalá de Henares (from which it takes the name) and continued to Aragón; today, this route is covered by the A-2 motorway.
The fountain of Cibeles is found in the part of Madrid commonly called the Paseo de Recoletos. This fountain, named after Cybele (or Ceres), Roman goddess of nature, is seen as one of Madrid’s most important symbols.
In the afternoon you should visit Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, mainly dedicated to Spanish art, or visit to Parque del Buen Retiro, the largest park of the city of Madrid. -
DAY 5: FULL DAY TRIP TO SEGOVIA
Full day trip via private motorcoach to Segovia: the town is part of the main route of the Camino de Santiago de Madrid.
On your walking city tour you will admire the following highlights: the Alcazar, the Cathedral and the Aqueduct.
Return to Madrid after your visit. -
DAY 6: HALF DAY TRIP TO ESCORIAL
Half day trip for visit Escorial Palace. Transfer via private motorcoach.
Tour of El Escorial: a historical residence of the king of Spain, in the town of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, about 45 kilometres (28 miles) northwest of Madrid. It is one of the Spanish royal sites and functions as a monastery, royal palace, museum, and school.
Return in Madrid in the afternoon, free time or walking tour with our tour leader.
Enjoy a Flamenco dancing night in Madrid’s legendary tablao or other similar location. -
DAY 7: TRANSFER TO ANDALUSIA AND STOP IN TOLEDO
Transfer to Seville via private motorcoach and stop in Toledo for a city tour: Cathedral, Santo Tomè, Synagogues, San Juan de los Reyes. Toledo was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986 for its extensive cultural and monumental heritage as one of the former capitals of the Spanish Empire and place of coexistence of Christian, Jewish and Muslim cultures.
Continue to your hotel in Seville. -
DAY 8: SEVILLE
Seville has the largest historic centre of Europe and is the artistic, cultural, and financial capital of southern Spain.
Walking city tour among the Alcazar, the Cathedral, Plaza de Toros, Teatro de la Maestranza.
Afternoon free time in this lovely city where you could enjoy the warm weather, the delicious tapas, long nights, ancient culture and temperament. -
DAY 9: FULL DAY TRIP TO GRANADA
Full day trip to Granada by private motorcoach.
Morning tour of the city including: Alhambra, Palacio del Generalife, Cathedral.
Free time in the afternoon. -
